MOLLY BALLERSTEIN (Director)
Directing: Sometimes It Feels Like That (Going to Tahiti Productions), I, Salome (Roots & Wings), The Sandman's Coming (GTTP), Smacker and the Highway (Waving Cat Productions), Sex in Mommyville (AF Productions), and Green Man (Silver Masque). Directed readings for The Amoralists, Exquisite Corpse Company, GTTP, and Tongue in Cheek Theater.  Producer for Poetic License: Subconscious Festival (Poetic Theater Productions). She served as Co-Executive Producer with Going to Tahiti Productions and Brain Melt Consortium.

ELINOR LIPMAN (Novelist)
An accomplished writer of novels and essays, including The Inn at Lake Devine, My Latest Grievance (winner of The Poetry Center’s 2007 Paterson Fiction Prize), And Then She Found Me (turned into a major motion picture starring and directed by Helen Hunt), The View from Penthouse B, The Ladies’ Man, Isabel’s Bed, among others. JAKE LIPMAN (Producing Artistic Director, Playwright)
Since founding TIC in 2006, Jake has produced 35 thought-provoking comedies, including TIC's Plus 1 Solo Show Festival, which premiered Ruby in 2017.  She appears onstage in many TIC shows, occasionally devises and directs, including the upcoming Relentlessly Pleasant, Buffalo Heights (Planet Connections Theatre Fest 2017, Outstanding Production of a Revival nom.), and revivals like Mauritius, Our Town, and How I Learned to Drive. In 2015, she adapted The Inn at Lake Devine into a play with music, based on the best-selling novel of the same name. www.JakeLipman.com
PHILIP ROTHMAN (Music and Choral Arranger)
In addition to working with TIC since its inception, on musical arrangements and choral direction for Our Town, Rothman's compositions have been performed by the Utah Symphony, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, North Carolina Symphony, United States Military Academy band, among others. His music has been awarded numerous honors, including four ASCAP Foundation Morton Gould Young Composer Awards, a Renee B. Fisher Foundation Award, the Brian M. Israel Prize, and a fellowship from the League of American Orchestras. His film orchestrations include Our Kind of Traitor, Too Big to Fail, You Don't Know Jack, and Teddy: In His Own Words. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree summa cum laude from Rice University and a Master of Music degree from The Juilliard School, where he was awarded a full scholarship.
