Since founding Tongue in Cheek in 2006, Jake has produced over 30 thought-provoking comedic productions, including 16 iterations of TIC's Plus 1 Solo Show Festival. She appears onstage in many TIC shows, occasionally directs, including Ruby by Susan Gross in this fest, devising and reviving Buffalo Heights (Planet Connections Theatre Fest 2017, nominated for 4 awards including Outstanding Production of a Revival), Our Town, How I Learned to Drive, Places, Please and How to Behave).
